Time for a Change

HB Capital’s Real Estate and Corporate Investment portfolio has recently been split. After 125 years of doing business together, both families are each going their own way.

As a result of the split, the Dutch Real Estate objects are transferred to Nieuwgeluk Real Estate B.V. or Nardinc Vastgoed B.V.

The Corporate Investment portfolio is divided between Nieuwgeluk Investments B.V. and Nardinc Beheer B.V.
